Campaign Watch: Dulux Paints’ Website and Facebook Application



Dulux Paints has a colourful new application on Facebook called Dulux Splash.
Users need to choose how they are feeling (why do they call it flavor?!), a colour of their choice and pick from the message options available and add a personal message if they so desire, and send it to a Facebook Friend. Nice.

The Dulux Website (in addition to product related content) has some well-developed executions.


The site connects to (what seems like an international execution) Own A Colour which is an initiative in aid of Unicef. You can select a colour on the site, name it and pay a small amount for it, that goes for helping a child through Unicef.  A great idea coupled with good intentions is always a winner.



The Mouse Painter on the website, lets you choose a room and a colour from the Dulux shade card and see how it will potentially look.

Varied and well thought out.
